Carers SA Carers SA exists to promote, assist, empower & enhance the lives of unpaid Carers in SA. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed.

This page has been created for Carers SA to provide and share content that is beneficial to carers of family members or friends. Carers SA also welcomes carers to provide their own experiences and ideas. If you are a researcher please refer requests to Carers SA via private message.

From 11–17 October 2026, we’ll be celebrating Carers across South Australia and recognising the incredible contribution Carers make every day.

This year’s theme, Care for a Carer, reminds us that Carers are everywhere. Carers are in our families, workplaces and communities.

🧑‍💻Online community forum – join discussions, ask questions and share experiences anytime.
