At Great Disability Support, our Team Leaders, office team, and support workers stay in regular contact to help keep everyone connected and informed.

Those conversations help us share updates, raise concerns early, and keep support as clear and consistent as possible. 📱

It is one of the ways we work to make things feel more settled for the people we support and the families around them.

She has built great rapport with participants and supported them in working towards personal care goals with patience, respect, and care. 💅

Some things matter because they feel like you.

For Mark that looks like being outside.
Working with his hands.
Getting stuck into a project.
And sometimes, feeding a very cute cow.

Good support should make room for those things.

Not by taking over.
Not by turning everyday life into a program.
But by supporting the person in a way that is respectful, practical, and centred around who they are.
