For many years, Rainbow Relaxations has supported children and families through mindfulness, relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and connection.
What began as children's relaxation and emotional wellbeing programs has grown and evolved alongside my own journey as a Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Facilitator, mother, and lifelong student of human connection and healing.
Over the years, I have come to understand that emotional wellbeing is about so much more than helping children relax. It is about supporting children, teens, parents, and families to understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.
With this deeper understanding, I am excited to share the next chapter of this journey:

At its heart, HeartSmart supports the development of emotional intelligence and emotional wellbeing, guiding children, teens, parents, and families home to the deeper wisdom that lives within each of us — the wisdom of the heart.
It is an invitation to reconnect with the place we call home within ourselves; a safe and nurturing space where we feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted for who we truly are.
A sacred space where we can show up authentically, embrace our unique gifts, navigate life's challenges with greater awareness, and experience the love, connection, and belonging that every human being deserves.
Through HeartSmart Kids, HeartSmart Teens, HeartSmart Parents, and HeartSmart Families, I will continue supporting emotional awareness 7 understanding, emotional intelligence, resilience, connection & re-connection to Self, and wellbeing across the whole family.
While the name is changing, the heart behind the work remains the same.
My passion has always been creating safe spaces where people feel seen, supported, understood, and empowered to be themselves.
