Hi friends!

Tomorrow's concert has been sold out for the last couple of weeks, but I've just received word from a dear ticket-holder, that she can no longer make it.

Therefore, her ticket is now available for purchase.

There'll be heaps of original music by yours truly, an offering to join in with Bhajan, an 11-minute musical meditation for prosperity and protection, and of course, a sacred sound journey to top it all off.

Our beautiful group class has become such medicine for us all (myself included!).

Spending this precious time with such conscious, lovely, kind humans brings me (as the teacher/facilitator) just as much loveliness and peace and connection as everyone attending, and I thank you all for that.

And sometimes people tell me the difference a class or the accumulation of classes has made to their wellbeing.

Like this wonderful gentleman who has been attending regularly since Nov 2024, who speaks into the physical benefits here. (I have permission to quote).

And others who tell me the energy of our classes is their favourite part. In a safe space to come as you are, no expectations or requirements for anything else. Nourishing and nurturing, yet supremely unique and diverse and interesting.

In 90 minutes, we dive into breathwork, guided meditation, visualisation, mantra, consciousness, presence, asana, kriya, sacred sound, flow, the concept of energy and frequency, and more.

It's a gorgeous opportunity to stimulate systems of the body that have all but gone dormant, to stretch, to strengthen the muscles that otherwise get avoided, to stir away stagnancy, to energise, to boost mental health, to hold you as you move through big and small things in life. To come home to yourself and call your energy back; to recall your wholeness.

I travelled down south over the weekend, and whilst I was there I had the honour and privilege and pleasant surprise of receiving a mini sound healing from an inspiring young man, who had a Tibetan 'foot bowl' (one that you stand in).

We were outside, and I happened to be there at the perfect moment for the sun to be beaming right onto my face and front body throughout.

I immediately knew my intention, so I tuned in first and told him when I was ready.

When he began, a profound experience unfolded.

As he struck the bowl, the sunlight beaming in through the back of my eyelids immediately and continuously structured itself into the most intricate and fascinating golden sacred geometry.

It was as though I was standing in a HUGE dome made up of hundreds of thousands of very small hexagons made of pure golden light.

As he walked around me with another bowl, striking it, a brilliant white orb represented the sound, resembling a bright white liquid mist that spilled from its centre and travelled around me, purifying me with love.

He had handed me a harmoniser device made of copper, and I saw deep dark-black misty sand come pouring out of my heartspace that had been the residue from some recent icky interactions, and also some long-held onto muck from a past trauma.

That muck poured through the centre of the harmoniser and came pouring abundantly out the other end as transmuted brilliant white light into the world around me as love.

It was the most supreme reminder of how important and potent this work is, and why I adore it.

Just to inform you that I have made the decision to cancel (postpone?) the upcoming Launceston event, Enchant Your Energy.

Currently it is not truly flowing with other elements of my life, and I've learned not to wrangle or force things into existence, which is what I would've ended up doing if I went ahead with it.

That would go against the very premise of the teachings inside the workshop! So of course, I cannot do that.

Deep apologies to anyone I've disappointed.

Yes this post is being posted the day after Mother's Day, but really - should we limit our display of appreciation for someone to a single day?

Should we wait until society and commercialism tells us to tell someone what they mean to us?

Should we only honour the gargantuan work of a mother on Mother's Day? The oceans of patience, selflessness, and learnings that a mother embodies?

I think not.

So go on, send it to her. Even though it's no longer 'Mother's Day' - every day is a good day to tell her.
