Keeping our teens moving, building strength and confidence these school holidays. No experience needed!

🎓 Teacher Training Academy
Our next intake begins October 10 at our CBD studio. Face to face, hands on training for anyone ready to take their love of Reformer to the next level.

✨ A new chapter for our South Studio ✨

After an incredible journey as part of Pilates Haus, our South Studio will officially become ENES Studio from Monday 24 August, with our much loved trainer Naomi taking over the studio. 🤍

We’re so excited for Naomi and this next chapter for the South community, and incredibly grateful to every member and trainer who has been part of Pilates Haus South over the years.

From Monday, ENES Studio will operate independently from Pilates Haus, so there are a few important changes around memberships, class packs and bookings.

With our recent timetable changes and new class types now running, we want everyone to have the chance to mix up their training and try something new.

For the remainder of August, our Strength + Conditioning classes are open to ALL Pilates Haus memberships. 💪
