📢 Important Change to Bulk Billing

From 1 July 2026, Medicare is changing the way patients approve bulk-billed appointments.

After your appointment, you may receive a text message from Shepparton Medical Centre asking you to approve your bulk-billed consultation.

If you do not have a mobile phone, our team will ask you to sign a consent form at the clinic instead.

We will share more information about this change over the coming weeks. If you have any questions, please speak with our reception team.
