It has been great to get out into the community and use our VALD Force Decks to provide the NDC Sports Academy with some fantastic data for their testing sessions.

Testing countermovement jumps, isometric mid thigh pulls and hop + return movements have provided a different perspective on testing data for the students.

We are really looking forward to continuing this partnership into the future and retesting at the end of the year!

Meet Tara!

Tara will be joining the Keep Active team next week on a regular Tuesday. Graduating from RMIT University in 2017 with a double Bachelor in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). With nine years experience in the Goulburn Valley, she’ll now split her time between our clinic and her own practice in Seymour.

She’s especially passionate about women’s health, pre- and postpartum care, and helping with stress and tension.

Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with her with partner Conor and dog Willow as well as waterskiing in summer or hitting the gym/Pilates followed by coffee with friends in winter.

Online bookings now available with Tara! 💙
