**So, what have I actually noticed since taking C60?**

I've been using Biofullerene C60 Water for around 4–5 months now.

The first thing I noticed was a feeling of **more clarity and energy**.

I also noticed some weight coming off, and my skin seemed more radiant — that healthy little “glow” that you notice in yourself.

And I feel like my overall resilience has been better too, particularly alongside my regular PEMF sessions.

But what has really caught my attention is hearing what other people have noticed.

Less brain fog.

Feeling less inflamed.

Better mental clarity.

Some have noticed changes in their skin, and a few have also experienced weight loss.

One person told me that after using it consistently for several months, they felt their overall stress levels had reduced.

Now, I can't tell you that everyone will experience the same thing.

But when my own experience starts lining up with what I'm hearing from others, **I take notice.**

And the research into C60's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential is certainly interesting too.

That's why I'm still using it.

**If I believe in it, I use it.**

There’s a reason I started using Biofullerene C60 Water.

I’m quite particular about what I bring into Salus Wellness — and even more particular about what I choose to use myself.

C60 caught my attention because I kept coming across the research and the conversations around its potential to support the body at a cellular level.

So I decided to try it for myself.

And honestly, I’m always interested in the things that make me stop and think…

“Why didn’t I know about this sooner?”

I’ll be sharing more about C60 over the next few posts — what it is, why I use it, and what I’ve noticed.

Because I don’t believe in recommending something just because it sounds good.

If I believe in it, I use it.

Could C60 be something worth knowing about?

WHAT IF YOUR GUT COULD TALK? What would it be saying to you....

“I'm doing great.”

Or perhaps…

“Lisa… we need to have a conversation.”

Because your gut can certainly give you clues that something isn't quite right.

Bloating. (so common)

Changes in bowel habits.

Feeling uncomfortable after eating. (sounds familiar)

Excessive gas.

Food sensitivities.

Or simply feeling like your digestion isn't working the way it used to.

But here's something important:

A digestive symptom doesn't automatically tell you what the cause is.

And that's why I don't like the idea of throwing a random supplement at every symptom.

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is become curious.

What's changed?

Are you noticing something that you eat really triggers symptoms?

How much fibre are you getting?

How are you sleeping?

What medications are you taking?

How stressed are you?

That's the approach I'm taking with the new gut-health products at Salus Wellness.

Ultra Blend.

DAYLY Gut Health.

Different formulations.

Different ingredients.

Different reasons someone might be interested in them.

And over the next few weeks, I'll be breaking them down properly.

So many people suffer gut issues, and yes I was one of them, on and off, and since being on Ultra Blend and Gut Health, I have felt so much better, digestion is better, bloating has been really noticeable, feeling better after meals, especially night time meals.
Other clients have said they have less brain fog, feel more energised, and they also mention big changes in bloating and digestion.

And if you want to see the new gut-health products:

SO… WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN ULTRA BLEND?
Good Question!

This is the question I think we should be asking more often.
Not:
“Is this probiotic good?”
But:
“What's actually in it?”
Ultra Blend contains a combination of probiotic microorganisms, including strains of:
Bifidobacterium longum
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Bacillus subtilis
It also contains prebiotic components, including fructooligosaccharides (FOS), according to the product information.
And here's where things get interesting.
Different probiotic strains can have different characteristics.
That means you can't automatically take research on one strain and assume it applies to every probiotic product containing completely different strains.
This is one of the biggest things I want to teach you when we talk about supplements.
INGREDIENT ≠ EVIDENCE.
The details matter.
The strain matters.
The dose matters.
The population studied matters.
And the outcome researchers measured matters.
That's why I'm going to be digging into the research behind the ingredients in these products rather than simply repeating marketing claims. Does this sound good to you?
Ultra Blend is now available through the Salus Wellness store if you'd like to see the full ingredient list and product information.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN DAYLY?

This is where I think things get interesting.
Because DAYLY isn't just one ingredient.
It's a combination of different ingredients aimed at different aspects of gut support.
Let's take a look.

PHGG SUNFIBER

A soluble prebiotic fibre that can be used by gut microorganisms.

And this one has human clinical research behind it, including studies looking at bloating, stool form and gut microbiota.

L-GLUTAMINE

An amino acid that is an important fuel source for cells of the intestinal lining. It is being studied for its role in intestinal barrier function, although clinical evidence varies depending on the condition being investigated.

CURCUMIN C3 COMPLEX

A concentrated curcumin extract. Curcumin has been extensively studied for its biological and anti-inflammatory properties, although that doesn't mean every curcumin product produces the same results.

SLIPPERY ELM

A traditional botanical ingredient containing mucilage, which is why it has traditionally been used for soothing the digestive tract.

MARSHMALLOW ROOT

Another traditional botanical containing mucilage.

DGL LICORICE

Deglycyrrhizinated licorice, used in digestive-support formulations.

PEPPERMINT

A familiar herb with research into digestive symptoms, particularly abdominal discomfort and bloating.

And then there are additional plant-based ingredients including:

Aronia berry.

Pomegranate peel.

Cranberry.

Camu camu.

Lemon balm.

N-acetyl glucosamine.

Piperine.

Now here's the important part.
I'm not telling you:
“Every ingredient will fix your gut.”
That's not how nutrition works.

What I am saying is that DAYLY brings together a number of ingredients that have been selected around different aspects of digestive and gut support.

And I think that's much more interesting than simply looking at the front of a packet.

Read the ingredients.
Understand what they are.
Then look at the evidence.
That's what I'm doing with these products at Salus Wellness.

YOUR GUT DOESN'T JUST NEED BACTERIA.

It needs an environment where the right bacteria can thrive.

This is something I think gets missed when we talk about probiotics.

We hear:

“Take a probiotic.”

But your gut is an ecosystem.

And adding beneficial bacteria is only one part of the picture.

This is where PREBIOTICS come in.

A prebiotic is a type of substance that can be used by microorganisms in your gut and can help support beneficial bacteria.

One of the ingredients that really caught my attention in DAYLY Gut Health is PHGG — partially hydrolysed guar gum.

PHGG is a soluble prebiotic fibre that has actually been studied in humans.

In one randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving people with IBS, 6 grams of PHGG daily for 12 weeks was associated with a significant improvement in bloating and bloating-plus-gas compared with placebo.

Another controlled study found that three months of PHGG changed aspects of gut microbiota and significantly improved stool form in people with IBS-D-like symptoms.

That's interesting.

Not “miracle cure” interesting.

REAL RESEARCH interesting.

And that's the sort of thing I want to bring you when I talk about the products I've chosen for Salus Wellness.

DAYLY isn't simply a fibre powder.

It combines PHGG with ingredients including L-glutamine, curcumin, slippery elm, marshmallow root, DGL licorice, peppermint, aronia berry, cranberry, lemon balm and other gut-focused ingredients.

So rather than throwing one ingredient at a problem, DAYLY takes a broader approach to daily gut support.

And I'm going to unpack those ingredients over the next few posts.

Because once you start looking at what is actually happening inside your gut…

there is a lot more going on than you might think.

PROBIOTIC OR PREBIOTIC?

They sound almost identical.

They're not.

And understanding the difference can completely change the way you think about gut health.

A PROBIOTIC contains live microorganisms.

Think:

“I'm introducing specific microorganisms.”

A PREBIOTIC is different.

It's a substance that can be used by microorganisms in the gut and can help support the growth or activity of beneficial microbes.

Think:

“I'm helping create an environment where certain microbes can thrive.”

And then there's another term you might hear:

SYNBIOTIC.

That's where probiotics and prebiotics are combined.

Why does this matter?

Because your gut isn't simply a bucket that needs more bacteria thrown into it.

It's an ecosystem.

And ecosystems are influenced by their environment.

Diet.

Fibre.

The microorganisms already living there.

Medications.

Stress.

Sleep.

Age.

And many other factors.

That's why when I started looking at gut-health products for the Salus Wellness store, I didn't just want to find something that said:

“PROBIOTIC.”

I wanted to understand what was actually in it.

Which strains?

Which ingredients?

What is the purpose of each component?

And what research exists?

That's what we're going to explore next.

Because once you understand the difference between a probiotic and a prebiotic…

gut health gets a whole lot more interesting.

YOUR GUT ISN'T JUST ABOUT DIGESTION.

We tend to think of our gut as the place where food goes.

Eat.

Digest.

Absorb.

Move on.

But your gut is a much more complicated environment than that.

Inside your digestive tract lives a huge community of microorganisms — bacteria, fungi and other microbes that make up what we call the gut microbiome.

And researchers are discovering just how much this ecosystem interacts with the rest of the body.

Your gut microbiome is involved in digestion and metabolism, helps produce certain metabolites and communicates with the immune system.

It also interacts with the nervous system through what researchers often refer to as the gut-brain axis.

So when we talk about gut health, we're not simply talking about whether you've been to the bathroom today.

We're talking about an entire biological environment.

And that's one of the reasons I've become increasingly interested in products that support the gut microbiome.

I've now added two very different gut-health products to the Salus Wellness store:

ULTRA BLEND

and

DAYLY GUT HEALTH.

They don't take exactly the same approach.

And over the next few posts, I'm going to show you what's actually in them and why those ingredients are interesting.

No exaggerated promises.

No “miracle gut cleanse.”

Just a closer look at what's happening inside one of the most fascinating ecosystems in your body.

Because sometimes looking after your health starts with looking at what's happening beneath the surface.

WHAT IF SUPPORTING YOUR GUT WAS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST “TAKING A PROBIOTIC”?This is why I find Ultra Blend so interesting....

WHAT IF SUPPORTING YOUR GUT WAS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST “TAKING A PROBIOTIC”?

This is why I find Ultra Blend so interesting.

Your digestive tract is home to an enormous community of microorganisms, and maintaining a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria is an important part of supporting a healthy gut environment.

Ultra Blend contains three key probiotic organisms:

Bifidobacterium longum
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Bacillus subtilis

These friendly bacteria are associated with some pretty interesting jobs within the digestive environment.

They can help support healthy intestinal flora, digestive processes and normal bowel function, while contributing to an environment that is less favourable to some unwanted microorganisms.

And that balance matters.

When the intestinal environment is disrupted — for example through illness, dietary changes, stress or the use of antibiotics — the balance of microorganisms can change too.

This is one reason researchers are so interested in the gut microbiome.

It's not simply about having “good bacteria”.

It's about the environment they live in and the relationship between the different microorganisms.

Ultra Blend is formulated to help replenish and support beneficial intestinal bacteria, with the aim of supporting:

• Healthy digestive function
• Normal bowel function
• A balanced intestinal environment
• Healthy intestinal flora
• A healthy microbial balance
• Normal immune function

And there are some other things I really like about it.

It doesn't need refrigeration.

It's a powder rather than another handful of capsules.

You can mix it into water or take it straight from the spoon.

And it can be used alongside DAYLY Gut Health, which takes a different approach by providing prebiotic fibre and other gut-focused ingredients.

So you have:

PROBIOTICS — introducing specific live microorganisms.

PREBIOTICS — providing substrates that can support beneficial microorganisms already living in the gut.

Different roles.

Potentially complementary.

And this is where gut health gets really interesting.

I'm going to be taking a closer look at the individual bacteria in Ultra Blend and the research behind them because I don't want to simply tell you that they're “good for you”.

I want you to understand WHY they are there.
