The plants I’m currently drinking are called Chuchuhausi, Camaceba and Murure.
These spirits have brought upon so much healing and growth.

When I looked at this picture of myself, I felt like it’s an unpeeled version. Then the confirmation came through, as I came inside after drinking, the sun went behind the clouds, the strongest wind appeared out of nowhere, and then the heaviest rain set in and washed all the old energy away.

I was diagnosed 21 days to drink these plants, Im now on day 35. The healer wants me to continue until the plants feel finished with me. I’m so happy to do this, as I can really feel the healing taking place in my reproductive and digestive systems. More cold has been leaving my body. I can feel feel a strong field of protection from negative energies. I can also feel that I’m in the process of stepping into a new version of femininity. A version with more power, choice and an understanding of how to love in a sacred way.

The challenging times in my life have definitely all been gifts to grow. As I clean all the old energy and wiring here, I see this very clearly. I also feel like my path is to serve in a way that brings people together, to heal, be in the higher vibration of their true essence ✨🤍✨

I’m back teaching kids Yoga! I went through a stage in my process where this didn’t feel right for me. But now in class I feel so much light and I’m so full of positive energy. Kids are so connected with the universe, it’s such a gift to witness them dropping into this special practice so easily and feeling so much peace 🥰

Reclined Butterfly. A pose I literally do every day, also a pose I like to start my yoga classes in.
It’s the ultimate pose to find pretty much instant calm and relaxation.

It works on the meridians that link up to the Kidney and Urinary bladder. When the Chi or Life energy is flowing freely through these Chanels it helps to support the function of the organs, it releases fear and increases trust, confidence and wisdom.

If you don’t have a block, you can use a lunch box and a pillow and blanket, or you can lay back with out any props.

If you do have props, set them up to make a ramp shape with your bolster or pillow.
Come down slowly until your spine and back of the head are resting comfortably.
Bring the soles of the feet together.
Have your palms facing up and gently close your eyes.
Take a big belly breath in through the nose, exhale slowly, and feel the tension in the body dissolve.
The face softens, you start to notice the heaviness of the body as it falls down towards the earth.

I hope you enjoy this as much as me 🙂

This is one of my go to poses to rebalance my nervous system. When I’m in this, my body feels supported by the blocks and the floor. My heart space is able to surrender and open towards the earth, which allows me to feel nourished, and grounded.
When I’m held like this, I can feel my natural breath moving slowly, smoothly and with no effort.
If you tend to slouch forward in your day, this practice is great, as it stretches out the front of your chest and shoulders.
When you’re in the pose, close your eyes, bring your awareness into the moment, and let the magic begin.
If there is discomfort in your neck, pop a folded blanket under your head. Lower back strain, pop a pillow under your feet.
Rolled up blankets are a good alternative to use under your shoulders, if you don’t have blocks.

The Supported side lying stretch helps to create flow in the the meridians linked to the Liver and Gall bladder. When qi or prana (life energy) is moved freely through these Chanels, Energy/ Emotions are regulated so reactivity is soft, kindness flows freely. A sense of feeling more easy going is recognised.

This is one of my go to poses. It creates instant peace and calm.

✨Making your way into the pose✨

If you don’t have blocks, you can use books of containers with a blanket over the top, or a folded blanket. If you do t have a bolster you can use a few pillows
Place a bolster and block down.
Lay on your side, adjust the bolster so the underarm is resting comfortably on the floor, then stretch your lower arm out to the front at a 90 degree angle.
Place your head on a block.
Rest your top arm across your hip/side or for a deeper stretch reach your arm over your head.
Once you’re in the pose, close your eyes and let your body sink down into the props, relax completely.

Stay here for 3 to 5 minutes, then swap sides✨

Some of the elders from the Showi community visited last week for the ancestral knowledge gathering. The women were handing down tips for childbirth, like how powerful the oil from Iguana, fox and chicken is when rubbed on the stomach. It relieves labour pain and helps the cervix to open. I’m so impressed with there creative talents too! They hand weave algadon (cotton) into the most beautiful pieces of fabric. ✨
