Hi, I’m Jules!

I’m the massage therapist behind Reset Room | Remedial Massage by Jules in Silverdale, NSW.

My passion is helping people feel better, move better, and get back to doing what they love. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, mental health, recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply need time to reset, I provide tailored treatments designed around your individual needs.

I believe massage is more than just relaxation—it’s an important part of supporting your health, recovery and wellbeing.

I’m currently studying my diploma in Remedial massage with TAFE NSW and will be able to offer more services to you in 2027.

But for now, I can’t wait to welcome you into my calm, private space and help you feel reset.
