Sore tight muscles? Stressed? Massage is an effective way to help with these problems. As a massage therapist I help maintain and restore soft tissues to its normal healthy state. I mainly use Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Massage (deep pressure) to help loosen tightness, knots, trigger points etc.
