Today I had the privilege of spending the day exploring the Daintree Rainforest in far north QLD. From boardwalks, to treetop walks and an above conopy viewing tower to walking the muddy ground tracks of the forest floor-it was all spectacular! I felt the heartbeat of our ancestors and a charge I’ve only felt before at Uluru. Truly magical and such an unforgettable experience.

Yesterday I spent the entire day (open till close) at the stunning Crystal Castle in Byron Bay! The grounds themself were breathtaking and the crystals out of this world-but I also enjoyed a beautiful morning meditation lead by the in resident monks and their ethereal chanting, watched them create a sand mandala and listened to the head monk give an inspirational talk. I also finished the day with a restorative sound healing. I wanted to set up camp there myself! It’s definitely where I want to live when I grow up 😂 if you’re ever in Bryon Bay, do yourself a favour and go here 🙌
