And somehow… body dysmorphia still tells me there’s been no change 😅🤦🏼‍♀️

But ya girl has lost 25kg from emergency C-section to now, 10 months postpartum 🤍

It hasn’t been about quick fixes or starving myself. It’s been about learning how to train, fuel my body and stay consistent even when my mind tells me I’m not making progress.
