When I first started wedding dress shopping, there was ONE thing I was absolutely certain about!!! I did NOT want a strapless dress - point blank!! 😂
The last thing I wanted was to spend my entire wedding day pulling my dress up, so naturally, I tried on just about every style that wasn’t strapless
But as the day went on, the straps kept getting thinner and thinner until Mum suggested I just try on a strapless dress && surprisingly, I feel in love
We didn’t find the one at our first bridal appointment, so we headed to Penrith Bridal . We showed the consultant what I had in mind, she disappeared to pick out a dress and the very FIRST one she brought out was it, I also knew it was the dress because the song my beautiful Nanny was buried too in 2016 started playing over the speaker 🥹 she was right there with me and mum 🦋
& just like that i knew this was the one
After being so convinced I didn’t want a strapless wedding dress, I ended up falling completely in love with one and I genuinely couldn’t imagine getting married in anything else 🤍
