Our physios were out and about again last week, this time sharing some knowledge on knee and hip arthritis with residents from one of our local retirement villages.
It was fantastic to see so much engagement throughout the session, with plenty of great questions and discussion.
We had lots of lovely feedback afterwards about how helpful and informative the talk was — thank you for having us!
Education is such an important part of helping people stay active, independent, and doing the things they enjoy.

Stepping out of the clinic and well outside our comfort zones last week!
Our team took on the full recovery experience at a local wellness centre — think ice baths, sauna sessions, and compression boots. Safe to say… some of us handled the cold a little better than others 😅
It was such a great chance to reset, recharge, and spend time together outside the clinic.
