It’s amazing what a difference two weeks can make.

Two weeks ago my feet were firmly planted right here.

Two weeks ago life was cracking along beautifully and I had no desire to want for anything else.

Then in a sliding door moment, in supersonic speed, my husband applied for and was offered a job in the Torres Strait Islands, and we said yes.

Adventure bound, we are now preparing to move away from the Sunshine Coast for a stint. We still have our home here and will be back, but just not sure when that will be, at least two, but likely longer. I have a sneaky suspicion we will love it up there.

I have moved the business back into my home healing space in Birtinya, and plan to continue seeing clients in person until we leave around early October.

My group events have taken a pause and I may offer one last one before we go, but I’ll keep you posted on that.

If you wanted to see me for in person sessions now is the time. My availability has widened to four days a week including most Saturdays. Appointments could disappear quickly so be sure to book in avoid missing out.

I do still plan to offer distance sessions once we’re settled in, so please know I’m still going to be here for you regardless, just in a different capacity but no less meaningful or powerful are these sessions.

This Friday evening, soak up the healing benefits of the salt caves as you journey inward during this intimate and nurturing evening of guided meditation, sound, healing and deep connection. Together we cultivate inner peace, compassion and heart-centred awareness, reconnecting to the sacred thread of light and energy that unites us all.

Each fortnight Heidi brings through a new theme for contemplation and calm, effortlessly inviting in peace, clarity and absolute coming home to yourself.

Sharing melodic vocal tones and music, sound bowls, light language and group energy healing, all with the intention of freeing your monkey mind of internal chatter, your body of unnecessary tension and lulling your soul to state of peace and balance. This deeply healing evening guides you home to your inner heart, your inner wisdom and a deep remembering.

Surrounded by the warm glow of pure Himalayan salt, the cave creates a soothing healing microclimate through halotherapy, with microscopic salt particles and negative ions supporting mind, body and soul.

Reclining chairs are available, or you can choose to anchor yourself sitting on a rug, cushion & small folding back rest on the salt-covered floor.
