No cook* meal prep š„¦
Technically I had to cook the rice, but when you use a rice cooker or microwave rice the cooking is negligible!
Rice, ready to eat protein (flavoured tofu here), frozen veg, soy sauce and sesame oil. Just microwave it when itās time to eat. Would this taste better if I stir-fried it? Probably. Do I want to cook? No.
