Almost exactly five years ago I had a vision through plant medicine.

I was a mother with red wings. And I was holding my children. Ayahuasca said to me … the most powerful thing I can ever do is hold space with everything - the fear, the pain and the joy.

That’s it. Just hold it. Be with it completely. For me, for my children or for anyone.

Not wanting to change it or ignore it or ‘heal’ it… but instead hold it in such a way that shows I’m terrified too and I have pain too.

Because that is what heals.

These two pictures show a painting I did after Ayahuasca and at the most recent retreat I went on.

She is my red mother goddess and she Is me and I love her deeply for how much see feels. ❤️

I do not have enough words to describe the journey I’ve been on over the last four days on the Visions Forward retreat to do it justice…

But I will try 😉

The beautiful many healing tears that flowed.

The love, the support and the container which enabled the safe space for profound healing.

The creativity and art which liberated something wild, unseen and unintegrated within us.

The sisterhood - oh my goodness the sisterhood ❤️ all ages, all walks of life together supporting, listening and holding each other.

The delicious, nourishing, incredible food and gathering around a big table to share and eat and laugh. .peach.kitchen

But most of all to Viv ! I honestly can’t believe I am lucky enough to call you my dear friend. You held us with such protective strength on soooooooo many levels. You guided us safely through dark places that we were scared to go. You invited us to look deep within with courage. You enabled us to integrate everything deeply so that this healing will be lasting in each of our lives and ripple out into all those we touch. Thank you thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

I feel incredibly privileged to have been part of such sacred and profound work .

This 5-day retreat is designed exclusively for women who are ready to connect to the depths of their inner selves and to craft their identity based on what they find within. Women who are ready to connect with the power of creative expression, and step into their own authentic truth.

The Wilder Retreat is nestled on the banks of Donnelly river, 20 minutes from Beedelup National Park and 35 minutes North of Pemberton.
