Protect yourself this winter with the RSV vaccine, now available at Mountain Retreat General Practice. ❄️

Under the National Immunisation Program (NIP), eligible patients can now access a FREE RSV vaccination, including:

✅ Adults aged 75 years and over
✅ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults aged 60 years and over

RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) is a common virus that can lead to serious respiratory illness in older adults, particularly during winter. Vaccination can help lower the risk of complications and hospitalisation.

We’re pleased to welcome Dr Jess Noon, who will be joining our team from 25 March.

Jess takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to care and works with people of all ages. Her clinical interests include women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, Aboriginal health and mental health. She also brings valuable experience from Emergency Medicine and remote practice in the Northern Territory.

She will be consulting on Wednesdays and Fridays at Mountain Retreat General Practice, and Thursdays at Cascade Road General Practice.

Having recently relocated from Darwin, Jess is enjoying settling into South Hobart and spending her free time ocean swimming, practising yoga, hiking and gardening.

Please join us in giving her a warm welcome.
