Today, Baldwin Living and the Residents of Vaucluse Gardens came together to celebrate Aged Care Employee Day.
This annual celebration is an opportunity to recognise and thank the dedicated staff who devote their time, compassion, and professionalism to supporting older Australians. Whether providing practical assistance, companionship, or clinical care, their commitment helps Residents continue to live with dignity, independence, and confidence.
At Vaucluse Gardens, our Residents value their independence and take great pride in maintaining active, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyles. Whenever a helping hand is needed, our caring team is there to provide support with meals, personal care, social support, transport, domestic assistance, and in-home maintenance.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated grounds and gardening team also work tirelessly to ensure our Village remains safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained for everyone to enjoy.
