Stress, anxiety, worry, pain - We all know it, and we all feel it. For a lot of us, it has become a part of our everyday lives. It has become chronic. Chronic stress, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and even chronic illness is your body’s way of telling you something is out of whack. This is called dysregulation, and it doesn’t just happen over a few days, a few weeks or even a few months. This is something that happens when your body has been stuck in stress mode for years, and no longer knows how to allow itself to rest and relax. Your nervous system needs a chance to get out of sympathetic mode (survival mode) and into parasympathetic mode (relax/rest/safe mode). Whether your stress/anxiety shows up for you in the form of headaches, back pain, shoulder pain, digestive issues, irritability, or all of the above, it is your body telling you to slow down and rest. This is where gentle touch massage therapy comes in. There is no intensity or pain. Using light to moderate pressure, it focuses purely on full body relaxation. Unfortunately, due to inflation, tax, GST and all those other lovely things, prices will be increasing as of Wednesday the 1st of July 2026 😣
The following increases will apply:

30mins - $65 (no increase)
60mins - $120
90mins - $180
2hours - $240

Valued clients……. From 1st June until the end of September, there will no longer be 6x appointment availabilities each day. The early morning (7.30/8am) and the late afternoon (4pm/4.30) time slots will not be available during the winter months. First appointments each day (Monday-Friday) will now be from 9.30am, with the last appointment of the day at 2.30/3pm - (2pm on Fridays) 💕 Only 4x appointment time slots will be available each day………..Early mornings and late afternoons will recommence in October.
