Established 2005 Many of my clients have relationship issues with their partner, family members, colleagues or employer.

Sometimes clients present with emotional difficulties, addictions, or even physical pain. If you have ever had trauma or loss in your life, then I work with your strengths to explore avenues towards happiness again. My therapeutic style is to provide a client centred approach that utilises mindfulness and other modalities including clinical hypnotherapy. I like to explore your past and present rel

ationships and undercover patterns, behaviours, and your reactions to situations. My style of therapy is rarely short-term as we explore your past and present to have effective change in your future. I am a member of Australian Association of Social Workers, Society of Australian Sexologists, The Australian Hypnosis Alliance.

What will you actually experience during Sacred Mountain?

You join online from somewhere comfortable and allow the hour to begin without needing to work anything out first.

I’ll guide you through a structured hypnosis experience that gradually shifts where your attention is resting.

As the hour unfolds, you may begin to notice what changes when you are not approaching everything from exactly the same position.

For some people, that may mean seeing something more clearly. For others, it may simply mean noticing what had become easy to overlook.

There is no single experience you are meant to have.

Hi Everyone/Kia ora

I have had 3 questions asked of me about the upcoming Sacred Mountain group hypnosis event that I need to answer:

1. This group hypnosis event is open to all people regardless of gender.

2. If you can't make it live on 12 August, you can still buy a ticket, and you will be sent a Zoom recording after the live event to watch at your leisure.

3. Everyone who attends live will also be emailed a Zoom recording so they can experience the Sacred Mountain again.
