Wind Water Health is an expanding, multi-modality natural health business based in South Melbourne. We are looking for a casual receptionist to join our team. Great opportunity to work in a friendly, caring environment.
The role compromises of reception, administration and general housekeeping tasks, hours can be flexible providing tasks are managed adequately.
It will initially be around 15 hours per week but will increase as we acquire more practitioners, now we have a larger space to operate, you will also be expected to work one Saturday every fortnight.
Please only apply if you can commit to this role for a minimum of 12 months, student and temporary visa holders will only be considers if they can prove they have the right to work in Australia for this length of time.
Duties include:
β’ General office administration
β’ Liaising with clients and staff
β’ Social media content
β’ Processing invoices and payments
β’ Managing telephone enquiries
β’ Handling client bookings
β’ Laundry & linen management
β’ Some cleaning duties
Successful applicant will demonstrate:
β’ Excellent customer care
β’ Close attention to detail
β’ Warm and personable presentation
β’ Outstanding interpersonal skills, including telephone and general communication
β’ Teamwork, organization, time management, initiative & reliability
β’ Touch typing & general computer literacy skills (moderate excel required)
β’ Competency with mode of sale, spreadsheets and basic account keeping.
