Hi, I’m Imogen 👋

I’m so excited to be joining the Move Health Physio team! With a background in elite ballet, I’ve developed a real passion for movement, body awareness, and helping people feel confident in their rehab. I love clinical Pilates and focus on making rehab less boring, more engaging, and tailored to you. I’ll also be running our content—sharing physio tips and keeping you up to date with all things Move Health.
