We cap these each week — they're real 30-minute coaching slots, not a phone call, so there are only so many in the diary. This week's remaining ones are the last before we close the round.

If you've read every one of these posts and not booked, the thing stopping you probably isn't information. It's that booking it makes it real.

It's 30 minutes. It costs nothing. There's no contract at the end of it, and if training isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so.

Four rounds on the pads will tell you more about your conditioning than any fitness test.

Meet Sophia — and if you're a woman in your 40s or 50s, read this one properly.

Something frustrating happens around perimenopause. The training that worked for fifteen years stops working. Strength plateaus. Recovery takes longer. Body composition shifts despite nothing changing in your routine. Most women respond by doing more cardio and eating less, which is precisely the wrong lever.
