Families should have now received an email outlining updates to our payment processing procedures.

All self managed and private funded clients are required to make payment on the day of service for all appointments.

This applies to:
• Physiotherapy appointments
• Podiatry appointments
• Clinic-based sessions
• Gym space sessions
• Group programs and sessions

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue improving our administrative processes and service delivery.
