It’s Loneliness Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is all about making room for connection. Feeling lonely is incredibly common—in fact, around 1 in 3 young people experience it regularly. But just because it’s common doesn't mean you have to carry it by yourself.

Connecting doesn’t have to mean big, overwhelming social plans. It can look like:.
✨ Saying hello to the person next to you in class or at work.
✨ Joining a local group or trying a new hobby.
✨ Taking a walk and just being around people in a park or cafe.

This week, how can you in your everyday routine?

If you need some support reach out to headspace Greensborough or Plenty Valley

🖨️✨ We’re currently running our 3D Design & Printing Workshop, where young people are learning how ideas can become real objects through 3D modelling software and watching them come to life on the printer.

Workshops like these are all about building confidence, learning new skills, connecting with others, and having fun in our supportive space at headspace. What would you create if you had a 3D printer? Let us know in the comments! 👇
