Is breastfeeding painful? Are they suppose to be happy they are feeding their baby?

Breastfeeding is not just feeding. Breastfeeding problems such as severe ni**le pain, or not being able to breastfeed as long as a mother wanted to can also increase the risk of depression and must be looked at promptly.

Successful breastfeeding can reduce stress and protect a mother’s mood. So, if you know someone who is breastfeeding - cheer for her.

Seek for professional help with pain related to breastfeeding.

How to Increase Your Breast Milk Supply?

There are many ways to establish your breast milk supply if you've stopped nursing or feel your collection isn't as strong you may use these tips in increasing it. If that doesn't work, you may try to consult a professional to help you make it happen.

1. Breastfeed your baby or pump the breast milk from your breasts at least 8 to 12 times a day.
2. Offer both breasts at every feeding.
3. Utilize breast compression.
4. Avoid artificial ni**les (unless you have been instructed by a lactation consultant to use one).
5. Seek help from us - did you know that we have herbs and acupuncture points that help to increase breast milk supply - and you can apply acupressure to these points during the day yourself. The herbs - are amazing (bit dont taste the best - I used this myself with both of girls).

I hope this helps!

Feeling overwhelmed? Take a moment to pause. 🌿

Acupressure is a self-care technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the body. Many people use it as a way to promote relaxation and support their overall wellbeing.

In this post, we're sharing a few calming acupressure points that you can try at home when you're feeling stressed. While acupressure isn't a substitute for professional medical care, it can be a simple addition to your self-care routine.

If stress is having an ongoing impact on your daily life or wellbeing, speak with a qualified healthcare professional to discuss the most appropriate support for your individual needs.
