From not expecting to make finals to being just ONE WIN away from a Grand Final… what a ride it’s been for our Women’s B Stingers! 🔥

This is a team that proves football really does bring people together. With players from different backgrounds and across a range of ages, they’ve built something pretty special, a team that backs each other, battles for each other and, no matter what the scoreboard says, always gives everything for the teammate beside them. 💛🖤

And the coach’s favourite moment of the season?

Winning the semi-final. 😏🏆

Now the girls are heading into the next challenge feeling good, ready and absolutely pumped to leave it all on the field.

Healthy North Coast wants to hear from young people, parents, carers and community stakeholders about the health services and supports that matter most to young people living across the Mid North Coast and North Coast.

We want to know what is working well, what could be improved, and what support young people need now and into the future.

Your feedback will help shape future services and support in areas including:

✔️ Physical and sexual health
✔️ Alcohol and other drugs
✔️ Social support

We are frothing over the IRB champs coming to town again this weekend. We love working with the legends at the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club … taking care of them, taking care of the people in our ocean. Thanks to all they do!

We cannot wait to see everyone again and welcome those who are coming to South West Rocks and the Macleay Valley for the first time.

For a regional surf club this is a huge event for us and we loved how last year the visiting clubs supported us through their patronage of the bar, bistro and nightly raffles. So Thanks In Advance for your support.
