Aloha, everyone! 🌺 I'm absolutely delighted to announce that I have successfully completed Level 4 Kahuna bodywork! This is the first stage of my journey at High Spirits Retreat.
This particular course truly challenged us, pushing everyone to their limits and beyond our comfort zones. 🧘‍♀️ We not only acquired new techniques, including intensive Deep tissue work, profound belly massage, and traditional Polynesian floor massage, but we also dedicated ourselves to personal growth, striving to be the best versions of ourselves. ✨ This demanding curriculum included a three-day water fast, followed by an all-night massage marathon on the final evening of the fast, starting at 6pm and concluding at 6am.! 🌙
I must confess, I have never before appreciated a slice of watermelon 🍉 quite as much as I did when breaking the fast the following morning. It was truly a moment of pure bliss!
Tomorrow, I will be attending a specialized chair massage class, and on Wednesday, I will embark on the Level 5 Kahuna journey.
I am having an absolutely incredible experience here and can't wait to share everything I have learned with all of you. 🙏🌟

Aloha everyone 👋🌺 Just wanted to let you know, I'm heading off to Qld tomorrow to High Spirits Retreat. 🌴 I'll be diving deeper into my Kahuna practice for 2 weeks. My main goal is to level up my skills and bring some awesome new healing treatments back to Beachport and Penola. ✨ I'm super excited to share everything I learn with you all when I get back! 🧘‍♀️💖
