1. Using the incorrect form of Vitamin A for your skin type, condition and skin health. This happens ALL. THE. TIME! Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of viral recs, more and more consumers of all ages are seeking advice from non-experts around the globe. Always seek the advice of a qualified Skin Expert who can share information on the varying forms of Vitamin A.⁠

2. Going too hard too fast! Slow down Sally, one of the leading causes of aging is inflammation and this is exactly what you do to your skin when you rush your Vitamin A – particularly the use of Retinol and Retinoic Acid. This can cause chronic inflammation that sets your skin back tenfold. Just like lifting weights to grow muscle and size, you must work yourself into it to avoid injury.
