Peroneal tendon pain slowing down your training? 🏃‍♂️⚡️

If you’re dealing with pain on the outside of the ankle during or after running, it could be peroneal tendinopathy a super common issue we see in runners, especially when marathon training loads start increasing.

Try these exercises to help build strength, improve stability, and reduce irritation 👇

✔️ Banded eversion strengthening
✔️ Single leg calf raises
✔️ Balance & control drills
✔️ Slow loading exercises

The key is managing load early before it becomes a bigger problem 👌

⚠️ Physio POV: Your Desk Setup could be Causing Your Pain ⚠️

If you’re dealing with neck stiffness, headaches, or lower back pain… your workspace might be the problem 👇

🧠 Forward head posture
If your screen is too low, your neck is doing extra work all day. Raise it to eye level.

💥 Tight shoulders & upper back pain
Reaching for your mouse or typing too far away? Keep everything close and relaxed.

🪑 Lower back pain
No support = slouching. Sit all the way back and support your lower spine.

⚡ Wrist & forearm pain
Bad keyboard/mouse position can overload your tendons. Keep wrists neutral, not bent.

😵‍💫 Headaches & eye strain
Poor lighting + screen glare = more tension. Adjust your lighting and screen brightness.

🚨 The biggest mistake? Staying still too long
Even the “perfect” setup won’t fix pain if you don’t move.

👉 Stand up. Stretch. Reset every 30–60 mins.

Your body feels your setup more than you think. Fix it before it becomes chronic.
