There can be a lot of pressure to find the “right” thing to do when you’re feeling unsettled.

Therapy shouldn’t feel like something you have to rush through.

Trauma-informed care is about working together, having choices, and taking things at a pace that works for you.

"I'm fine."

Sometimes those words don't tell the whole story.

For some people, masking can become part of navigating everyday life.

Recognising masking begins with understanding that experiences can look different from person to person.

We don't always notice how quickly we move through the day.

Sometimes it's worth asking ourselves...

Can I slow down for a minute?

Not to get everything right.
