Heart Nectar Holistic Kinesiology , Pranic Healing , Reiki , End of life doula My philosophy is that we always have room for growth and expansion.

I have been in the healing and wellness area studying Reiki from the Usui lineage over 20 years ago. I became a holistic Kinesiologist in 2013 and have completed the 3 levels of Pranic Healing in 2017. My spiritual journey was reactivated in 1996 ( after 10 years of ignoring my true self lol ) and I have been consciously working on it ever since. I now help others do the same which is so awesome a

nd have done so for almost 10 years. On 22nd September 2014 Heart Nectar was born. Heart Nectar was conceived just after I experienced a turbulent period in my life. I experienced some emotional heart issues that manifested into a physical heart issue. After many months of self-healing and much reflection I am pleased to say that my heart issue is manageable. Throughout the months of self-healing and reflection I found myself asking over and over again was “what does my heart truly want?”
The answer to that was very simply “THE NECTAR “I want the juicy, succulent sweet “stuff”. I want my heart to be free. I want to enjoy whatever it is that makes her feel fulfilled, happy and at peace. Most of all I wanted to feel whole. I want you to have the same, the nectar

Often when we're ill, or suffering a loss of soul through a crisis or depression, the call from deep within invites us not to try to ‘fix the problem’ but instead asks us to let go, retreat to our quiet cave, or nest and receive the incubating gift of patient warmth.
Ancient Greek incubation caves where the sick reclined, let go and waited, were seen as places of access to the nurturing depths of soul where warming energy and secretive inner work abound.
To incubate, then, is to surrender to the therapeutic wisdom of Nature that resides deep within our bodies and souls. It's a phase of ’suspended animation’, when life is gently held, slowed and cocooned in sleep, rest and dreams that may cast light on the nature of the gifts embedded in our wounds. Sacred incubation is this devotional decision to be fully present in our woundedness, instead of struggling to be free.
