What a wonderful day we shared together yesterday Kylie Sparks.

It felt like we had known each other for ages, not just met for the first time ay.

The day flew by quickly, as we chatted all things Reiki, spirituality, relationships, connection, synchronicities & so on & enjoyed a yummy lunch basking in the sunshine.

It's so special when these divine connections come about, and it's pretty common in Reiki.

Some of the stuff we shared with each other, we had not yet talked about with anyone else.

Congratulations Kylie on becoming a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner.

I'm looking forward to hearing all about your journey, and the difference Reiki brings to your life, and to all you come into contact with.

You have so many exciting things in the pipeline, and I know you are going to make even more of a difference in the lives of others, moving forward. Those precious kids you're supporting, teaching & guiding are so fortunate to have you as their teacher!

This is me after giving a Reiki session yesterday ...so lit up.

Learning Reiki changed my life in so many ways, including:-

💗 Allowing me to listen to, & trust my intuition

💗 Offering a safe space where others feel comfortable & relaxed

💗 Supporting me in empowering others to take healing into their own hands

💗ℝ𝕖𝕒𝕝 𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕤𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕣𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕤 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕒𝕘𝕖.💗

Not just reading about healing.
Not just understanding your patterns intellectually.
But being willing to gently look beneath the surface & do the deeper inner work.

Because the truth is…many women spend years trying to think their way out of emotional pain, self-sabotage, anxiety, relationship patterns, low self-worth, people pleasing, or nervous system dysregulation.

But the subconscious mind runs so much of our behaviour, beliefs, emotional responses & the way we experience life.
And until we work at THAT level, the same patterns often keep repeating.

I’ve experienced firsthand how deeply the subconscious mind & nervous system can shape our lives until we begin healing at the root & I am so grateful for that.💗

There comes a point where a woman realises:
She can keep managing her patterns,
Or she can finally begin healing them. ✨

That is often when women discover modalities like Neuro Transformation Therapy (NTT).

Because when we begin working with the subconscious mind, emotional imprinting, limiting beliefs & the nervous system, the shifts can be profound.

The women who experience the greatest transformation are not necessarily the women who have had the easiest lives.

They are the women who are READY.

Ready to stop abandoning themselves.
Ready to release what no longer serves them.
Ready to heal the deeper wounds driving the patterns.
Ready to choose differently.
Ready to become the version of themselves they know is possible. 💗

And when that readiness meets the right support, powerful healing can happen.

Because when a woman truly begins healing:

✨ her relationships change
✨ her confidence expands
✨ her nervous system softens
✨ her energy shifts
✨ her life begins opening in ways she never expected

And the ripple effect touches everyone around her.

𝕎𝕙𝕪 𝕒𝕞 𝕀 𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕝𝕝 𝕥𝕣𝕚𝕘𝕘𝕖𝕣𝕖𝕕 𝕓𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕕 𝕪𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕤 𝕒𝕘𝕠?

Because often it’s not just the event itself that’s still affecting us.

It’s the unresolved emotion we’re still carrying, and the meaning our subconscious mind attached to that experience.

Even when we consciously WANT to move forward, those deeper subconscious beliefs & emotional patterns can continue running quietly beneath the surface, influencing our reactions, relationships, confidence, nervous system, choices & the way we experience life.

So many women judge themselves for being 'too emotional,' 'too sensitive,' or 'still not over it.'

But often the subconscious mind is simply still trying to protect us based on past experiences & the meaning attached to them. 💗

This is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about modalities like NTT (Neuro Transformation Therapy) that work with the subconscious mind, emotional patterns, & nervous system, not just the conscious thinking mind.

Because when we begin to gently shift the emotional charge & limiting beliefs underneath the surface, everything can start to change. ✨

And so often, we carry it silently....
Sometimes for years.

I know what that feels like. 💗 I spent most of my life there.

What I’ve come to realise is that unhealed pain doesn’t just affect how we feel within ourselves… it can affect what we tolerate, what we attract, our confidence, our nervous system, our health, and how safe we feel being fully ourselves.

But healing changes things. ✨

When women begin to heal, release shame, reconnect with their worth, and feel supported, they start 𝓬𝓱𝓸𝓸𝓼𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓭𝓲𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓵𝔂.
𝓛𝓲𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓭𝓲𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓵𝔂.
𝓐𝓽𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓭𝓲𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓵𝔂.
