We welcome 🤗 Physiotherapist -Terisha

Terisha has been a Physio since 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from India and Master of Public Health from University of Western Sydney. She has worked in a variety of settings including Hospital, community and Aged care & in Private Practice.

She has always been passionate towards MSK/ sports conditions.

Terisha’s Further interests include dry needling, mat pilates, and Rock Taping.

Terisha believes in a warm, compassionate approach and is committed to delivering high-quality care and empowering every patient to move better and live healthier.
When not in clinic, Terisha enjoys time with her family and friends and playing badminton.

In this Reel we share a few photos of one of our services DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) which is a therapeutic approach used primarily with infants and children who have motor development challenges. It uses specific hands-on techniques and targeted exercises to stimulate automatic postural responses, improve strength, balance, coordination, and functional movement skills. DMI aims to support neuroplasticity and help children achieve greater independence in activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and transitions between positions.
