I also use functional testing such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), Microbiome testing, and other specific investigations to better understand what your body may need — always keeping testing optional, and guided by your comfort and priorities. Consultations are available in-clinic at Springfield Lakes and Highfields (Toowoomba), as well as online across Australia and internationally. A little behind the scenes from my weekend training in Part 2 of Meridian Rivers of Chi 💫

One of the tools we explored was moxibustion - both moxa (Smokey) and smokeless moxa, (which is shown in the photos) which is a gentle yet powerful technique traditionally used to support energy flow, circulation and strengthen the acupressure point along that meridian line.

I love continuing to expand my knowledge and learning new ways to support the body more holistically and gently.

While my clinic remains strongly focused on Naturopathy, gut health, hormones and nervous system wellbeing, I also enjoy integrating supportive body based techniques where appropriate to help patients feel more grounded, supported and connected to their body.

Always learning, growing and evolving so that I can continue supporting my patients with a personalised and compassionate approach 💛🌼
