About Kinetikos Physical Health
For seven years we've been quietly building something special in Springfield Lakes — a clinic where complex cases get the depth of care they deserve. Our team includes a Perrin Technique osteopath, a structural osteopath, a lymphatic and oncology therapist, and a myotherapist. We have a strong, established referral network with local GPs, and we're ready to grow it with the right people.
The opportunity
We're looking for driven allied health practitioners to join our collaborative team. Whether you're an osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, or another allied health professional — if you care deeply about outcomes and your patients, we want to hear from you.
We're open to employee, contractor, or room rental arrangements to suit the right candidate.
Roles we're hiring
Osteopath — Structural, Perrin Technique, or general osteopathy welcome.
Physiotherapist — Musculoskeletal, pelvic health, chronic conditions, or oncology rehab.
Chiropractor — Experienced in complex and chronic presentations.
Myotherapist — Strong clinical skills with an interest in chronic pain or oncology support.
Speech Pathologist — Paediatric or adult — dysphagia, voice, communication, or fluency.
Occupational Therapist — Functional rehab, chronic conditions, paediatric development, or NDIS.
Other Allied Health / Medical — Podiatry, exercise physiology, dietetics, psychology, or similar. If your work complements ours, we'd love to connect.

Who we're looking for
Registered allied health practitioner or eligible for registration in your field
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and caseload
Excellent communicator who builds genuine rapport with patients
Skilled at setting clear treatment expectations and timelines
Passionate about complex and chronic conditions — or eager to grow in this space
A team player who contributes positively to clinic culture
