To keep our healing space safe, calm, and accessible for everyone, Branwen’s Holistic Wellness is now a scent‑free clinic.

Many fragrances — including perfumes, deodorants, aftershaves, body sprays, scented lotions, hair products, and essential‑oil based products — can trigger significant allergic and respiratory reactions. This policy protects both clients and your practitioner.

Here’s how you can help keep the space supportive for all:

Arrive fragrance‑free — Please avoid perfume, cologne, scented deodorant, body spray, aftershave, scented moisturisers, hair products, or essential‑oil based products on the day of your appointment.

Avoid strongly scented clothing — Clothing washed in fragranced detergents or softeners can still trigger reactions.

Reschedule if wearing fragrance — If you arrive wearing scented products, your session may need to be rescheduled to protect health and safety. Standard booking‑fee and cancellation policies may apply.

How Blended Sessions Actually Feel

Finding Wellness Within Illness

Living with a chronic health condition often means navigating a world that doesn’t see the full story — the pacing, the flare‑ups, the quiet resilience, the constant adjusting.

For many of my clients, “wellness” isn’t about fixing or fighting their body.
It’s about learning how to live with it, not against it.

In my space, wellness looks like:
• honouring the body’s limits without shame
• finding small pockets of ease inside a difficult day
• supporting the nervous system so it doesn’t have to work quite so hard
• tending to pain, tension, and fatigue with gentleness

Every session is personalised, gentle, and designed to support your whole self — body, mind, and nervous system. No two people are the same, so no two sessions look exactly alike. Here’s how your time with me usually flows:

1. We Begin With Your Story
Depending on the type of consultation, we spend 5–45 minutes exploring what’s happening for you — physically, emotionally, and in your day‑to‑day life.
This helps me understand the whole picture so your treatment is tailored, not generic.

2. Your Personalised Wellness Plan
For naturopathy and holistic wellness consults, you may receive:
- A diet and lifestyle plan
- A herbal or supplement prescription (sent to your secure online portal and delivered to your door when ordered)
- A personalised flower essence blend, made on site and taken home the same day
Everything is crafted to support your unique constitution, sensitivities, and goals.

‍3. Hands‑On Support (Massage, Bodywork + Reiki)
If you’re booked for manual therapies, your session may include:
- Calming relaxation massage
