We are incredibly proud to celebrate Grace on submitting her APPI Pilates Clinical Pilates Certification after more than six months of dedication, learning and hard work.

Over the past six months, Grace has completed:

It’s a little later than planned, but we’re so excited to finally share our beautiful new home with you!

Over the past few weeks we’ve been settling in, welcoming families through our doors, and creating a space that feels warm, calm and supportive for every stage of life.

Our new Bundoora clinic has been thoughtfully designed to provide comprehensive physiotherapy for babies, children, adolescents and adults, with dedicated assessment and treatment spaces and some exciting new technology to support your care.

At our Bundoora clinic we offer:
• Children’s bladder and bowel assessments
• Pelvic floor physiotherapy
• Pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy
• Paediatric physiotherapy
• Men’s pelvic health
• Exercise rehabilitation
• Real-time ultrasound assessment

We are so excited to welcome Grace to Kindred Pelvic & Children’s Health as our newest Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

Grace joins us with extensive experience in pelvic health, including working within the UK NHS, where she supported women through every stage of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.

She has a special interest in:

We are so excited to have Elise join our growing pelvic health team, working across both our Maven Centre and Werribee locations 💗

Elise is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, with interests in pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post natal care, continence concerns, exercise rehabilitation and return to movement and strength.

She brings such a warm, calm and caring presence to the clinic, and we know our clients are going to feel incredibly supported in her care.

April is Cesarean Awareness Month.

Three caesareans — my first an emergency after an obstructed labour, the next two planned.

Not the birth story I once imagined, but the one that brought my babies here safely.

At Kindred, we see this every day — bodies that adapt, respond, and do what they need to do. Caesarean birth isn’t a failure. It’s a variation of birth, and one that deserves support, understanding, and proper recovery.
