As part of our private practice, we’re working to make counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR therapy easier to find and access within our local community.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing flyers, mental health bookmarks and practical wellbeing resources with selected GP clinics, local businesses and community spaces across St Albans, Sunshine and Melbourne’s western suburbs.

🔖 Mental Health & Crisis Support Bookmarks: Our bookmarks include important crisis and support numbers, providing practical information people can keep nearby or share with someone who may need support.

🔑 Free QR Code Keychains: We’re also providing free keychains with a QR code, offering quick and easy access to information about our private practice, contact details and professional services.

🌿 Free Grounding & Emotional Regulation Resources: At selected local GP clinics, patients and clients will also be able to access free grounding resources with simple, practical strategies to support emotional regulation and help them feel more present and grounded during stressful or overwhelming moments.

Our goal is simple: to make professional, compassionate mental health and wellbeing support more visible, accessible and connected to our local community.

Sometimes, something as small as a bookmark, keychain or grounding resource can help someone find the right information and take an important first step towards seeking support.

• PACFA – Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia
• ACA – Australian Counselling Association

“Members must not provide written reports for legal or statutory purposes unless they have undertaken relevant training and are qualified to do so.”

“Practitioners must not claim or imply qualifications or competencies they do not possess, including offering diagnoses or expert opinions outside of their training and registration.”
