Our dear friend Paul. ♥️

This was Paul’s last Feel Good Flows.

His passing reminds us of something yoga has taught for thousands of years: that life is precious not because it lasts forever, but because it doesn’t - and every breath, every day is a gift.

Paul carried himself with a quiet grace yet this elegant dapper style, English dry sense of humour and a warmth that made people feel so present in his company. We are so grateful he shared part of his journey with us.

Our hearts are with our dear friend Carin, the love of his life, who walked this battle with Cancer by his side every for many years - may we all love as deeply as you did Carin ♥️

Rest peacefully, Paul.

You are so loved, and will always be part of the Feel Good Flows family.

FeelGoodFlows isn’t “just” yoga.. it’s way more than just a Sunday - Monday - Thursday practice.

it’s a commitment to yourself & others..
to keep on showing up.
mainly for yourself,
but also for others,
keeping eachother accountable.

knowing that yes, you will probably sweat & do something “hard”, but how good it is to know you’re not alone while holding a 1min plank 😅

despite the cold,
despite the grey sky,
despite the rain (& hail at times 🙈)

the intention was to move your body, but you kept on coming back because it warmed up your heart & soul 🫶

it’s the coffees post session,
it’s the artists playing live,
it’s the dancing & shaking,
the cuddles & deep chats,
the cold dips,
witnessing sunrises,
dolphin 🐬 watching in the bay,
it’s trying new postures that scare you, with someone that can spot you..

you are & were, never meant to do life alone.

let strangers become friends, which turn into family, if you let them 🧡

it’s never too late to join.
come by yourself.
come with your partner.
come with your parents.
your kids and/ or your dogs.

In a world of inconsistency we are so proud to stand by a promise made many years ago… we will always show up for you… rain shine, storm clouds and all,

We will be here; every Sunday at 9.30am whether it’s on the rooftop or just below… we have got you.

The beautiful is a premium venue that has us speechless every time we walk in the doors… what a privilege it is to gather and practice in this spectacular setting.

So if it is a little cold and raining on Sunday; we’ve got you.

This space does winter - beautifully.

Life is made up of all these little precious moments 🫶🏻 FeelGoodFlows Puglia Yoga Retreat back in June 2025.

The most beautiful thing is… this group arrived as strangers, and left as family. Still catching up regularly to this day. THAT is the magic ✨
