Weekend warriors, unite - and please, survive Monday. 🏃♂️

Common strains? They love surprise attacks. Ankles, hamstrings, shoulders - these are the usual suspects. Strengthen them with short, simple exercises during the week so your weekend escapades don’t end in hobbling. Even a few flights of stairs, a lunchtime walk, or a quick squat session adds up.
