Do you have heel pain in your first few steps when you get out of bed?

It might be plantar fasciitis!

Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the thick band of tissue on the bottom of your foot. Look out for pain with your first steps in the morning, or while walking or running.

Common causes include poor foot posture, tight calf muscles, and lack of proper footwear support.

If left untreated, this problem can hang around for months and years.

Luckily, there are lots of treatment options available.
