Parents Leigh and Danielle say they "couldn't be happier" after welcoming their daughter Zoe here at North Shore Private Hospital 💖

Zoe was born on August 7 under the care of Dr Rachael Hickinbotham.

Her big brother Jake, now two-years-old, was excited to visit his sister in the hospital.

"All the Ramsay Health staff were professional, caring and very friendly from the moment we arrived, said Leigh and Danielle.

"The facilities, meals and around the clock service were excellent. We felt very supported."

Our lactation consultant Susie has been with us at North Shore Private Hospital for an incredible 28 years 💖

This , we're celebrating her wonderful contribution to our hospital and the thousands of mums she has guided through their feeding journey.

"I’m very passionate about educating, supporting and preparing mothers to achieve their breastfeeding goals," said Susie.

"Breastfeeding is a personal journey. Although breastfeeding is natural, many first time mothers find it overwhelming and challenging."

Susie says that success often depends on having the support of family, friends and professionals, access to education, and individual circumstances.

Thank you, Susie, for 28 years of dedication to helping mums navigate this stage of life.

Meet Georgia, a Registered Nurse and one of our wonderful student midwives here at North Shore Private 👋

Nursing is a family affair for Georgia - her mum and both sisters are all nurses! Georgia even works alongside her sister Chelsea, who is also a student midwife here at the hospital.

"I love supporting and caring for new mums," said Georgia. "My long term goal is to become an educator."

Fun fact about Georgia: she has an extra bone in her hand!

We are very lucky to have her on our team 💕

Say hello to the perfect pair - twins Oscar and Freya! 👋

Born on the 20th of March 2026 under the care of Dr Margie Harpham, this was their family's second birth at North Shore Private Hospital after welcoming son Billy in 2023.

Oscar and Freya are now thriving after spending nine days in our Special Care Nursery. Thank you to their gorgeous family for sharing these special memories with us 💞
