Living with dissociation can make it difficult to feel safe, grounded and connected to the present.

Finding Solid Ground is a supportive, skills-based stabilisation program designed to help you manage dissociation without discussing or processing traumatic memories in the group.

Willow Oak Psychology is offering two 12-week, in-person Level 1 groups commencing in September 2026—one for adults with dissociative disorders and one for adults with PTSD with dissociation.
