Prior to obtaining a TAFE Diploma of Remedial Massage, Luke Brighty worked as a fitness professional in Europe. His experience includes teaching and private training in gyms as well as guest lecturing at fitness conventions in Switzerland, France, the United States, England, Finland, South Africa and Japan. His massage treatments, which include a remedial, relaxation and sports background, focus o

n injury prevention as much as treating muscle imbalances with massage techniques, stretches and muscle strengthening exercises. Treatments are tailor-made to suit specific conditions such as upper and lower back pain, sore shoulders and neck, headaches, stiff muscles, tension from stress, injuries and postural issues. Luke is a member of AAMT, the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

90-minute massage… $165
