Ready for another Watercolour workshop? Let's get into it!
We'll be hosting TWO workshops on Saturday 15th of August at the Creativity Matters Studio in Stanthorpe. A High Tea in the morning session (ooohhhh fancy!) and an afternoon session with wine and cheese (oohhhhh la la!).

It’s important to take the time to check in with how we’re feeling, so that our emotions don’t build up and suddenly explode out of nowhere (often over the people who care about us most!). Talking about our emotions not only reduces our stress but is a great way to help our kids learn to recognise their own feelings and to communicate them in a healthy way. So what are you on the scale of Guinea pig right now? It’s Monday morning for me so I reckon I’m an 8…the coffee hasn’t quite kicked in yet!

EDIT - we’re full! Thanks everyone!

UPDATE: Due to a late cancellation, we now have 3 places available for the Mosaics on a Budget Workshop this Saturday, 13th of June.
Using a wooden tray as our base we will create a beautiful tray using broken plates and unwanted china. This is a beginners workshop and a great way to learn the art of mosaics. Once you start you’ll be hooked!
All equipment, materials and a light lunch are provided.
Cost $65.

UPDATE: we reckon we’ve got enough Lego, thanks everyone! We received some huge huge bins of Lego today with the promise of a few more to come. We will post again when we’re ready for some more. Appreciate the response from everyone, thanks!

Want to sell your old Lego stash - because we’d like to buy it!
Our Lego club is growing and we need to boost our brick pit. Random pieces or old kits, we will pay $30 per kg for your used Lego.
Bring your old Lego to the Family Matters Office (above KHub, Stanthorpe) between 9am to 4pm THIS WEEK ONLY and we’ll weigh it and give you some cash!

It’s so cool to see so many people booking in for our weekend workshops! The Hydrangea Wine and Watercolour Workshop planned for Saturday 30 in the afternoon is already fully booked, but we will now be hosting an additional Watercolour Workshop on Saturday May 30th in the MORNING from 9-11am and will be a High Tea! So fancy! $55 per person, please book asap on 0421 945 747

The Mosic Basic Workshop is also booked out, but if you’re interested, please get in touch and we’ll try to offer a second workshop if possible. Please message or call 0421 945 747 to register your interest.

Two exciting Weekend Workshops coming up: Watercolour hydrangeas and Mosaics using broken plates.
The Watercolour & Wine Workshop on Saturday 30th May will be a lovely afternoon in the Studio where we will learn watercolour and ink basics while enjoying a glass of vino (non alcoholic beverages available).
In the Budget Mosaics Workshop we’ll learn to safely break and shape old plates and china to decorate a beautiful wooden tray. This style of mosaics is budget friendly and mildly addictive!
