A letter arrived at my clinic in Strathfield all the way from Japan. 🇯🇵💌
Some time ago, a daughter booked a massage for her mother, who was visiting Australia from Japan. After the treatment, she told me how happy her mother was.
Recently, I received a handwritten letter from her mother herself.
She wrote:
“My ankles, which always felt restricted, moved freely.”
“I was amazed by how light my body felt.”
“Thank you for showing me the hope that, with proper care, my body can move comfortably again.”
“I’m grateful that our paths crossed.”
Reading these words brought tears to my eyes. 😭
Everything she described is exactly what I hope my clients feel after a treatment.
Knowing that she still remembered the experience after returning to Japan, and took the time to write to me, means so much.
On the challenging days that come with running a business, I’ll remember these precious words and keep moving forward.
