Sunday morning, and the airport is already buzzing with people! ✈️
We even bumped into one of my daughter's school friends and their family at the terminal. 😊

Aurantium Wellness Studio Strathfield clinic will be taking a short break while we're in 🇯🇵 Japan.

What I'm looking forward to most? Spending time with family and old friends, and finally visiting some of the local restaurants I've been saving from Instagram. There are so many things I'm excited about—I couldn't possibly list them all! 😅

My 6-year-old daughter is down with influenza and running a fever.

At times like this, I like to use aromatherapy alongside conventional care. I diffuse Eucalyptus radiata in her bedroom, as it has a gentler aroma for children than Eucalyptus globulus. I often blend it with Tea Tree, Cedarwood Atlas, Orange, Lemon, or Kunzea etc...

As a clinical aromatherapist, I believe in combining modern medicine and natural therapies in a balanced way—using the best of both to support healing and comfort.

I’ll be away in Japan from 28th June to 22nd July, and the clinic will be closed during this time.
