It’s been a journey but stoked to see you get through your first game back after a horrific patella tendon rupture last year. Thanks for always putting your trust in me all these years and not just allowing me to be a part of your road to recovery, but continuously be a part of your basketball dream 💪🏀 💭

We turned 4 today! 😳

It’s crazy to think how quickly time has flown by, with 2 of those years being impacted by COVID. We’’re blessed to still be here as an essential service when so many other small businesses have struggled.

Thank you to everyone who has made all of this possible. From our staff, past and present, to our beloved clients, and all the relationships we’ve built along the way. We plan to be here a lot longer so thank you again for allowing us to do what we do best 🙏

Ps. Apologies if you couldn’t reach us in the clinic today. We spent the day together as a team to brainstorm ideas and partake in some team bonding activities 🤗

At least I can go back to work tomorrow and see all my beautiful patients 🤩

Was able to be quite productive working from home and getting stuff done at the apartment. Shoutout to the team at for holding down the fort while I was going mental at home.

Wax on, wax off shoulder exercises with to work on the proprioception, coordination and stability between the scapular muscles and the surrounding shoulder/ribcage complex.

I see a lot of people jump straight into rotator cuff training as soon as they have shoulder pain or after a shoulder injury. It is important to make sure you re-educate the scapulothoracic complex before moving onto rotator cuff strengthening.

You wouldn’t build a house on an unstable foundation, so get your foundation strong first, then build your shoulder strength on top of that before progressing to your functional and sport specific exercises.
