🧍Posture check for standing desk workers!

Are you possibly feeling sore in the shoulders, lower back, and/or neck?

🖥️ Better posture = better productivity!

A few things to look out for:
1. Shoulders relaxed, straighten up, and elbows slightly above desk height.
2. The spine is in neutral position.
3. The monitor/screen is at eye level — no slouching to see!
